The modeling system allows super-users to model and update fault cases through an intuitive graphical user interface. This ensures that the fault diagnostic system is always up to date and remains relevant to new machines and processes.
QuickSteps is a comprehensive knowledge base of common problems and their solutions. This database is continuously updated by super users and is accessible to all users. This ensures quick access to proven solutions and QuickSteps promotes learning and knowledge sharing within the organization.
QuickSteps keeps statistics on the effectiveness of the instructions and continuously optimizes the prioritization of the displayed solutions based on previous successes. At the company's request, QuickSteps can also generate statistics on the usage and frequency of individual incidents, allowing further analysis to increase the system's effectiveness.
