SmartDetect ist ein innovatives Erkennungssystem, das Werkstücke und deren Lage in Produktionsprozessen präzise erkennt. Das System automatisiert den Produktionsprozess von Werkstücken, indem es ein hochmodernes 3D-Erfassungssystem (Laserlichtschnittsystem) nutzt, um die Werkstücke vollständig zu erfassen. Aus den ermittelten Daten werden der Typ als auch die Positions- und Orientierungsabweichung von der Solllage automatisch ermittelt. The system determines the exact position and orientation of the workpieces. By analyzing the captured 3D data, SmartDetect can accurately detect position and orientation deviations from the target position, which is critical for subsequent processing steps.
